Quality Assurance Engineer

• • Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related concerns and inquiries.
  • Follow and improve quality plans, procedures, and guidelines to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Conduct quality inspections and internal audits throughout the manufacturing process to and participate in external audits ensuring that all quality requirements are clearly understood and communicated.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to identify potential quality issues and improve product quality.
  • Perform root cause analysis on defects and non-conformances and lead systematic Root Cause Problem Solving to resolve issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement projects to reduce waste, improve processes, and increase product reliability.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality-related activities, including inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare quality reports and metrics to management, highlighting trends, areas of concern, and improvement efforts.
  • Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years' experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause problem solving analysis and quality tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, SPC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
