On behalf of our client, the global company Ontopo, which is revolutionizing the hospitality industry with innovative solutions, Manpower Serbia is looking for a motivated candidate to take on the challenge and successfully fulfill the role of Sales Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate various restaurant tiers. Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and align strategies with Ontopo’s overall objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to adapt to market dynamics.
Team Management: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing training, feedback, and lead regular sales meetings to drive team success and alignment.
Client Relationship: Build long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring Ontopo is a trusted partner. Support the team in closing deals and addressing client needs.
Sales Operations & CRM: Oversee the use of HubSpot CRM to track sales, manage leads, and optimize sales performance.
Field Engagement & Market Insights: Participate in client meetings and product demos to stay updated on market trends. Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns and identify new market opportunities.
Position Requirements:
Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Experience managing a sales team, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, is a strong advantage.
Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage internal teams and external clients effectively.
In-depth understanding of the restaurant market in Belgrade, including trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
Familiarity with technology solutions for restaurant management, such as online reservation systems, call center tools, and analytics platforms
